Honestly, I am in the exact same boat. I lost my appetite a couple years ago and have never really gotten it back. I really have probably one of the world's most pathetic appetites. Everything I eat I am forcing myself, OR if I am lucky, my body clock will go off when it knows it is time to eat (because I have been forcing myself to eat so regularly in the past year) but that "hunger" only lasts for maybe the first and second bite. It is not real hunger. It is just a body clock, if you will. Your diet is 90% of your results. So you won't regret committing to this, as it makes a HUGE difference! And, it only gets gradually easier with time. I promise

Great thing to have a friend! You guys can have fun experimenting with the machines together. It also helps to read the directions on the machines and/or watch others on the machines. Or, write down the names to the machines and google them when you get home and watch a youtube video of how it is done. There are so many ways that you can choose to learn. And yes, take it slow! Especially when you are feeling overwhelmed like you are. You've got the right idea

Oh! And I meant to mention in my last post to you but I wanted to ask you how much protein you take in one sitting? And how often do you take your protein throughout the day? Because that is a huge aspect of the figure builder's diet that is really important....

WOW your upper body reminds me quite a bit of my own! Your breasts are pretty much exactly the same size as mine and a similar shape (although I think your poles are higher while mine are lower). And look at that flat tummy!! You have a very nice, curvy body (at least from what I can see). From the looks of it, your body looks healthy and like you can totally take on weight lifting AND booby growth! You may be an ectomorph (based on your description of yourself), but you still clearly have enough meat to work with! And you have a fantastic diet, btw. I have not heard of L-Theanine as a sleep aid until now. Maybe I should look into that as well (I have VERY irregular sleep patterns...).
Your program looks great and so do you, especially just for starting off! Only fantastic results will come of this
