I would like to update my progress and keep track of my new program with PM.

I gained a full cup size with my original program, not swelling but real, serious growth as I only followed the regimen for about 2 months(less than that I believe) and I haven't done anything since, and I have kept the 34C size. I was happy with the results that I got, but now I'm getting greedy, haha, and I would like to go up 2 more sizes. The past 4 days I've had no herbs so I've only done massage w/muscle rub, and RMR while I've slept and gotten swelling up to a D cup. And even a great amount of pain and itch. I realise I'm super lucky with this sort of thing and so I'm hoping if I really kick it up a notch and get serious about NBE I can gain the growth in no time, maybe go a little above my 34DD goal. Right now my bust measurements(with the inch of swelling) are:

overbust: 34"
bustline: 38"
underbust: 31"

I just ordered my new herbs and I plan on doing a luteal/follicular phase plan from now on. I ordered Ainterol PM R1 strength bulk powder, muscle rub, Breast Success cream, prenatal vitamins, Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam. I plan on using accordingly:

Luteal:
500 mg of PM and work my way up in dose
610 mg of Fenugreek 3x a day

Follicular:
425 mg of Wild Yam 2x a day
585 mg of Saw Palmetto 2x a day

Always:
Muscle rub massage 3x a day
Breast Success cream massage/fat brush 2x a day
Lotion w/PM powder mixed in 1x a day
Prenatal 1x a day
Sleep with RMR

I am wondering on others opinions of using PM, even mildly, in the Follicular phase though. There is so much debate over proper use of PM. I have never done a phase program and I'm hoping if I do, I can get maximum growth. If anyone has any input or helpful thoughts on my program I would be very grateful!
