Hi Everyone
Many of you will know me and what i have gone through since i started NBE in 2008. I started out as male and i am now a fully functioning woman
and i will say i am pretty happy as the person i now am.
What i wanted to know and talk about is painful breasts
I have suffered with this from very early on in my development which is understandable and a good thing if the pains are growing pains 
which mine where, but my growing pains from what i can make out where a lot more painful than most people on here and other forums describe them as. And even now i have been left with permanent sore and tender boobs 
my breasts are fully developed and have not grown any for a long time, due to weight loss i have even lost size but i have to cope with painful boobs all the time. I even spoke to my doctor a few times about it and all he said was some women do have sore tender breasts ??? is this true ? i am starting to feel like its just me
I have even had to switch from having mammograms to ultra sound because it hurts me so much. I admit its a lot better when im not wearing a bra for some reason now a days, if i could get away with going braless i would but theres no chance of that lol.
I just wondered if there is anyone else who has this problem ?? i have been told that one of the reasons is because i have very dense breast tissue but im unsure
