What exercises are you doing for that?
Thanks Abi! Yeah I think it's pretty sweet! Here are the exercises I have been doing for the past two months to work on my pectoral muscles:
Chest Exercises (1x per week)
• Wide Push Ups—body weight full pushup, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/pushups-close-and-wide-hand-positions
• Incline Chest Press—30 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/incline-dumbbell-press
• Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/dumbbell-flyes
• Decline Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/decline-dumbbell-flyes
I would also recommend doing Narrow Push Ups http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/pushups-close-and-wide-hand-positions if you're looking for another exercise to do without equipment. Wide push ups work the outer pecs, narrow push ups work the inner pecs, which is the part that makes me look like I have cleavage! But, any of the above exercises will add muscle mass to the pecs, which will raise the area to give contour. You can also do Incline Push Ups and Decline Push Ups with use of a small prop (Decline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/decline-push-up and Incline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/incline-push-up ) to work the upper and lower parts of the chest.
Let me know if anyone has questions about any of this!
Timarie, so, are you doing chest exercise once per week?
