Depends on ur money situation if u get new or not- if I had the money I would of bought new, it can be tricky with second hand for a few reasons I found. But I had few people helping me out with info at the time. If ur a bigger build ull need wide as opposed to narrow width. If u have very small breasts probably the medium domes would be best.
