As for massaging my butt with any phyto-estrogenic topical, what's funny is that I honestly don't understand hormones very much (I am still a baby when it comes to all this NBE stuff!) and for the longest time did not realize that there were estrogen receptors all over the body. It is still, honestly, a weird concept for me to think that there are estrogen receptors in the butt


As for maca, I took it a while ago, before I started my workout routine (because I did not want to workout at the time, haha). I took it for a few months, and it was pleasant to take, but I didn't notice any results. At least for me. Now it seems like maca is a mystery herb, and all that is really known about it is that it balances out the hormones. Perhaps, then, maca will be of great help to those with low testosterone, as it will boost their testosterone levels and allow them to grow muscles easier than before. But as for me, my testosterone is already pretty high, and maca did nothing (noticeable) for me.
