I'm still trying to decide on that one. As you know our temperature changes throughout our cycle, meaning once we ovulate, it goes up. Before the adrenal supplement, mine still never hit the mark during that time period. I might see 98 if I was lucky, but usually, it was still in the 97 range. With the adrenal supplement the week before my period, I hit 98.9 once! I also noticed that my growing pains were stronger than they had been in awhile too.

BUT once my period hit and the typical temperature drop took place that is suppose to happen, mine dropped just below the mark of what is acceptable during that time period. I seemed stuck between 97.5 and 98.2 which is still better than it was before the raw adrenal. It's a work in proress figuring this stuff out, but I feel like I'm getting somewhere at least.

I also took one of my husbands raw thyroid pills yesterday which has thyroid, a small amount of adrenal and kelp in them. my temp then went up to 98.6. Now I just have to figure out if it was the thyroid or the extra kelp that did it, or if it would have done it on it's own if I hadn't. haha

Luckily I found a place where both are pretty cheap and they have free shipping if you spend 50 right now, so I pretty much got us both about half a years supply. The adrenal was 5.95 there and the thyroid was 10.97, but when you figure it up they come to the same because you take 2 adrenal pills, but you only take 1 thyroid pill. so the thyroid bottle last 2 months instead of one.
