Which brand looks better?

Do you reckon both brands are equally as potent in PM (they both say 500mg)? I really hope to start off with the most potent possible option.

Starting with the most potent option isn't always best. In fact usually it isn't a good idea at all.

MG is of course a mass measurement, it means there's 500mg of mass in each capsule with both options... It doesn't tell us anything about the quality of said mass.

In other words, we really don't know how potent they really are.

I've not heard any real comparison between pueraria uk and better known sources such as Ainterol or Stherb. Which are both original thai producers and sellers. The other seller as I've already stated, I've not ever even heard of, so I REALLY have no idea the potency of their product.

Stherb tends to be the stronger strains compared to Ainterol or any other known Thai producer...

Both pueraria uk and skin wisdom are in the UK, therefore are not producing their own herb (its illegal to grow outside Thailand, it's a government protected plant.)

We do not know where either are getting their herb originally from. Though my bets are that pueraria uk gets theirs from Stherb.
