Yes, no matter what, you can improve them. I wish I had my starting pic. I was so flabby from low hormones all around. Wow, have they changed!

I am planning on starting out with BO, pituitary kelp and L-tyrosine for now. I can add goat's rue, i have red clover and fennel and alfalfa if i decide to later (all also herbs recommended for lactation).
I haven't had my progesterone checked, but that is one of the major things they say aided them in tissue development during their pregnancy and can double the amt of glands they have from one baby to the next. So i am interested in that, but i don't want to offset the BO and waste money.
