Tp- i have igt and am actually going to delve into nbe for the purpose of building mammary tissue, so i will have more milk w/ my next baby. I have BO, i have goats rue, and i'm thinking about getting progesterone cream. A friend is going to use PC whilst bfing her lo in hopes to build tissue too. Do you think you saw more of the shape change with the BO or with the PC? I want to know what my attack route should be, and yes rounder is more what i'm aiming for as mine have the "tubular" look of igt. Want more glands up top. TIA

I honestly think its a combonation of all of these, well for me anyway. I had my panel done on all of my hormones, so that told me right away, my approach with nbe as it was my third or fourth with no success from previous attempts.

So since I dont make enough progesterone from my hypoadrenia, I supplemented with dr. prescribed PC. SO if you have not done a hormone panel, i suggest you get one done to be sure what protocol you will be doing to ensure the development of your tissue and glands. You don't want to have such high prolactin to where everything else is out of balance. So consider testing if you have not done so.

As far as having more on top, Im the opposite wanting to increase tissue on the bottoms, I have not figured this out. I filled out mainly everywhere else, I have low poles. You may have high poles. There's not a whole lot I know of that can change the pole's position by getting tissue to develop there.

It should be easy from there. All of these things combined can work for you, you just have to know what you really need and then add others to get the most out of your development.


I think GR with BO is a great combo and PC ONLY if you need it.
