I love reading about your progress. you had an amazing nbe journey!

So you are starting pm with bo? I always wondered how the two would work together. I was thinking of maybe trying to add bo later if I stall on pm but not sure yet as I don't know much about bo. Might try adding other herbs in luteal first.

I hope you have great success with the new addition to your program. I'm looking forward to reading about it Smile
