Yeah I know what you mean. I couldn't make up my mind for the same reason didn't know who to balieve so I just picked a couple different brands to try for myself. You can do the same if you want. I think also what works for one person might not work for the other maybe? Anyway I started with Anterol and then Switched to Siriporn. Mainly because siriporn comes in 100mg unlike Anterol 500mg and 500mg was giving me ED symptoms pretty fast amd with Siriporn im feeling pretty good and still feel it working. As far as i can tell they both work I just like Siriporn because I can regulate the dose better I don't know if I can recommend any certain type as I only started pm 2 months ago but all I can say is whatever you chose just start it slows and see how you feel. If its making you sick, headaches, nausea, dizzy or anything just cut back on the dose or stop it. Nothing should be worth hurting yourself over it. I know I'm not an expert on pm but hope this helped
