Oh. And rule of thumb - a thousand calories equals 20 grams fiber. You need fiber to keep things moving.
How can you manage to eat 50-100 grams of protein a day? I'm lucky if I get 25 or so lol....
I weighed myself yesterday and I'm still only 124 lbs
Greek yogurt is typically 17 grams a serving.
A single chicken breast is around 30.
Whole grains typically have around 7 or 8.
Nuts and legumes tend to have around 6 grams a serving.
It's actually not hard at all if you balance your diet around it. I get around 55ish a day right now. When I finish formulating my meal replacement marshmallows they'll net 100 and less than 1200 calories a day.
