I would say 36in for a 32D and 37in for a 32DD. Keep trying with the massage and do it twice a day if you can. If you do get a noogleberry you will need a lot of patience as progress can be slow but it does work for many people. I started off smaller than you 33 1/2 in to 34in (same size underbust and have grown an inch since the start of the year. BTW I'm 30! Have been doing massage the whole time and noogling since May. Your progress may be faster because you're a lot younger than me.
