You say the 'feeling' isn't the same when you used opposite hands. What 'feeling' do you get.
When I use opposite hands my breasts seem to get warmer (may be because I can massage better that way), but when I do it same hand same breast I don't get any feeling (although maybe if I did it this way for the full 100-300 rotations they might).
