The calculator does it the same way the department stores do it, with the standard add 4 to even and 5 to odd and then every inch over that result in the bust is a cup size. It just makes you not have to do it is all.
I've played around with the measurments in it before by changing to weird half numbers and such and it always gave me the result it was suppose to, to a fault. all of the other country measurements in the calculator are going to go off of the us result and translate it, so if you say it gave you a bigger measurement in the US one, then it's also going to give you a bigger measurment in the other country ones also.
I checked out your current measurments on your program page to do it myself and then run them through the calculator to see what was wrong. As of 4 days ago you have 28.8 band and 33.7 bust. You round to the closest denomenator, so 29 and 34. 29 plus 5 gives you 34 no difference between it and the the bust would be an AA cup, I put the numbers in the calculator and that is also what it gave me. Since you have an in between numbers measurement, the 32 probably fits you better. bra sizes have sister sizes that you can wear as the cups are the same if you can't find the size you are wanting.
It would be something like this.
32A =34AA
32B=34A
32C=34B
32D=34C
I messed with your numbers a bit to get the same results your fiting did. They gave you a 28 band size instead of a 28.8 and then they gave you a 34 bust measurement. I figure they pulled the tape tighter around the band than you have, so it rounded down instead of up, which would give you another inch in difference between band and cup. When you use those measurements you get a 32B that is also what the calculator shows and in Japan it shows 70C
Anyway, I'm not sure why the calculator won't give you the same measurements it gave me, maybe it's the browser or something. I don't know.
Hope you figure it out, Good luck, Mel
