Oh my how amazing!!!! Congrats! What a wonderful feeling that must have been to find something that helped you! I am thinking of trying that instead of maca, I get bad cramps from maca! Are you now trying to gain fullness in your breasts after your baby? Did you notice a change in your breasts from vitex or were your breasts already developed before your irregular periods? Just curious, I find it very interesting the link between underdeveloped breasts and irregular periods and other pcos-like symptoms.
