So my new program is for maintwnance:
BB low dose daily 1 cap or 20drops daily.
Pumping w large domes every 2nd or 3rd day
Alfalfa 4-6 GMs daily
Mostly Raw food diet fast till I drop 5-7 lbs
My raw food diet fast will consist of varying throughout the day:
5 carrots / 1 corgette juiced
Raw sprouted hummus dip / 5-8 cloves of pickled garlic
Beet/ carrot/ cogette chips/ dehydrated vegetable/ flax crackers
Green smoothie of banana/spinach and almond milk
White corn chicken or beef tamales for hot meal. If I must.
That's it!
I should lose some weight and hopefully keep my size!
Did my first walk 2 min/ run 2 min routine for 15 min. I will hopefully be able to keep this up every other day or so.
