Vixemme, I think it helps with circulation to the breasts because of the warming effect, kind of like using a heating pad. I just started doing it, so can't say for sure. I got the idea from Emily Loretta.
I started my period today, a week late :/ I wish my cycles could be normal. Ever since I've been off my BC they are always a week or two late. I'm hoping Maca and whatnot will help. I'm about to order more supplements and such for my program, I will update on what I will be using once I get them. Also considering getting a weight and bar set to start using at home for when I don't have time to go to the gym. I use to do body pump and loved it so might start doing the moves at home.
