i lost a cm...i'm guessing this keeps happening because my weight fluctuates all the time. it seems the when i change from my follic. supps. to leutal, i get thrush for one day, i'm still trying to find out why but my guess is the PM.
i've decided to up my dose of enzymes, i tried to find out how many milligrams of peptain is in one papaya but had no luck, so i want to see if it makes a difference.
aaaaaand i finally bought some new bras, the gather all the fat ones direct from china (On aliexpress.com) i got some Cs and a D. the D is as motivation...maybe one day it will fit
