I don't have PCOS, but I have had cysts burst, diabetes 2 runs in my family so I may have some insulin resistance if I understood that correctly, and my breasts are underdeveloped. I gain easily, lose easily, muscle gain pretty fast!!! My stomach muscles are stronger than my fiancés haha 
and getting more blonde hair on my face and arms and stomach. It's blonde so not sure if that's a sign of extra testosterone? When I gain it's in my butt and thighs and lower belly, to be honest I feel like my estrogen and testosterone fight with each other. My emotions go from aggression to depression it drives me crazy. It's a ways away from my test for my hormone levels and I have a pretty good feeling I am right about these two hormones, what do you guys think? And I really need help getting on the right track for a program! My idea so far:
1-7 (menses) : nothing
8-15 (estrogen is high) : THIS IS WHERE I NEED HELP!
16-22 (progesterone is high) : I plan on using progesterone cream, I was going to use wild yam I heard that was progesterone anyone know for sure? And alfalfa, gelatin, and flaxseed.
23-30 : gelatin, maca, flaxseed, alfalfa.
I have nettle root to help with testosterone, I have PM, and fenugreek. Should I even add PM and fenugreek for days 8-15? And when should I take nettle root? I can't wait to begin progesterone cream, I know that's what I need, my boobs aren't round at all and only appear rounder around my period
