fackshat, that's EXACTLY why I don't do hypnosis.. I mean, I know LOTS of people have had success with it, and I'm 99.9% sure it just works to reinforce positive mental attitude which I think is essential to NBE, but.. there is that 0.1% chance it could be tapping into my psyche and slowly turning me into a mass murderer or something. Therefore, I just try to think positive. 
Do you have any hormonal imbalances that you know of? It's best to start there, that way you know what to address. You can Google Dr Lee's hormone test for a quick one, though lots of people get their saliva tested to be sure.
I think your program looks good, although if you are not on BC you may want to try something to boost progesterone, especially in your luteal phase if you are cycling PM (ex. fenugreek, fennel, PC cream). I would also start out with a lower dosage of PM on your first cycle.
I have no experience w Maca but I stayed away from it because I think it's a weight gainer and on my small frame a little belly fat looks weird.
However, I haven't completely ruled it out, as it also works to balance hormones and maybe for those two benefits together, it'd be worth it. For now, I'm trying to grow my bum w bum-strengthening exercises instead (stolen from timarie and jiberish).
