Tibetan.. I may be totally off because it seems like there's no "right" way to measure, but aren't you more like a 30D or 30DD? I think the "traditional" way is to add 4 or 5 to underbust to get band.. so yes you are 30/31 band, and then for every inch above it's 1 cup size. If you're 4-5 inches above, that makes you a D-DD cup?

But anyway, your boobs sound amazing.. I'm 26 underbust and I'm hoping to get where you are!
