I cycled only 1 month taking pm from day 1-7 and bo in luteal the first month I was excited cuz I felt activity going on in my breasts and at the end of day 7 I was taking a shower and noticed a huge lump on my right breast, I panicked! I was diagnosed with a fibroadenoma and I started doing hot compresses with castor oil and it was gone in a month. my boobs were growing but they were also growing glandular balls which scared the crap out of me enough 4 me to stop. If I grew without the fibroadenomas I would have continued but bo and pm were too strong so I'm cycling weaker things and do see my breasts growing but am monitoring them closely. Last luteal I swelled to 36 1/2 inches the biggest I've ever been and no lumps : ) just be careful, I hope this helps.
Hi,
Do you still taking these combo PM + BO? I has asked in different thread but no responses. I am thinking of adding the PM topical cream or the booby stack sold at Amazon...
I read your program but since you haven't updated so I wonder if the program is still the same... I also have tubular breast, my left is a lot smaller than the right. My right always swells well after pump + MR. I always like to massage the right one than the left one. Hence I want to correct it.
I've been in BO program for 5+ wks and not gain any weight. Perhaps I will boost up my l'tyrosine to see it helps or not...
Thanks,

Hi,
No I no longer take that combo because it was causing my breasts to grow along with benign tumors. I would like to make a correction it was my left breast that I discovered the lump in. I will soon update my program to help warn others. At this time I'm on another program but bo along with kelp and tyrosine is great and a weak estrogen would work better to cycle with other than pm. If the program I'm on doesn't work well the bo along with a weak estrogen is my next option but my current program has been keeping my interest.
