I wrote on my personal program that I was cycling both and I did and I can't say I don't recommend it but every1 is different. I cycled only 1 month taking pm from day 1-7 and bo in luteal the first month I was excited cuz I felt activity going on in my breasts and at the end of day 7 I was taking a shower and noticed a huge lump on my right breast, I panicked! I was diagnosed with a fibroadenoma and I started doing hot compresses with castor oil and it was gone in a month. my boobs were growing but they were also growing glandular balls which scared the crap out of me enough 4 me to stop. If I grew without the fibroadenomas I would have continued but bo and pm were too strong so I'm cycling weaker things and do see my breasts growing but am monitoring them closely. Last luteal I swelled to 36 1/2 inches the biggest I've ever been and no lumps : ) just be careful, I hope this helps.
