Bovine Ovaries and Pueraria Mirifica?
#4

I think the major reason BO (Bountiful Breast) didn't work was because I took too little. I have seen some progress after I tripled the recommended the recommended dosage. I guess my body is just like that.

Do you know why it's generally not recommended to combine PM and BO together? I thought that the only supplements you can't take during PM was other phytoestrogens since they'll weaken the effects PM can have.
Why did you switch from PM to BO? Are you seeing better results with BO?

No, I've never checked my hormonal level. I never really go see doctors or anything like that since I rarely have any health problem. However, I think my hormonal level is probably really low because I have light periods, I'm exactly the same during my periods, have low sex drive (though this may have to do with me not being confident/comfortable with my own little girl-ish body), etc. Idk, I guess I may be saying that I have low hormonal level because I feel like a little girl, not a grown woman because of my body type (I am 21, barely 100 lbs, 5'5"). I read somewhere it said BO supposed to bring you back to puberty stage therefore your ovary will work its own magic (hmmm) by releasing the estrogen/progesterone that there was no need for additional boost? My first 2 weeks, I felt the pinches in my ovary like it was working overtime on release extra stuf but now I don't feel that anymore. I m already late for the mense... hmmm could BO mess my cycle up?

Did you take a hormonal blood test to see if you have imbalance hormone? I had it done, even my doctor said it was normal but everything looks like it is out of the range, so I am very suspicious how my doctor translated it.
