Just to sum up my diet:
I'm a caffeine, sugar and carb junkie.
I drink at least 4-6 cups of sweet milky tea a day and most of my meals are based on carbs and proteins. I rarely get vegetables in. Good thing is I'm also addicted to eating fruits. So usually get well over my fruit serving a day.
Anyways you may guess that my Adrogens are pretty high from all the cards and sweets, well it would explain why I looked more boyish when I was 18. After taking some NBE stuff before, my body has rounded out. As well as when I started BCP which made my body really off balanced. Stupid bum...
I'm sure my adrogens are high also because of the constant stress I have. Living in Japan as a foreigner is pretty stressful. All my classes at my University are in Japanese, which isn't my native language. So along with trying to keep up with my classes, the whole economy sucks, stupid US dollar is down so that the exchange rate is really low. So that means the money I get from my parents in the US is almost doubled to pay for rent, and tuition, which I'm worried about because my mom wants to retire soon, but being a full time student, I can't work to help out. Also I will be graduating soon, but have to take a full load of classes until then because I don't want to waste another year of spending my parents money. So I will be writing a senior thesis, as well as trying to pass the teacher certificate test in Japanese as well as trying to pass a language test....*rant rant rant* you get the idea.:-/
I also drink tons of water, at least well over 8 cups. It helps to keep my mind busy and also keeps from snacking on candies and chips all day. @_@
I will slowly be trying to add more vegetables to my diet, now that spring is here, more vegetables will be in season, which means cheaper vegetables! *Yay*
(for those who don't know, vegetables are freakishly expensive in Japan T_T)
Also just as an extra note
I do take BCP, and I take it for an extended time period. So I only get my period every 3 months. I only do this for the sake of not having a horrible migraine attack once a month for a whole week or more during my period. *menstrual migraines. eh*

I'm crazy. I'll say weird things and get really hyper sometimes... Like right now... and I need to stop procrastinating... Anyways, just ignore my random comments...
