Just wanted to write some reasons for taking certain pills during lunch
Vitamin B-2 or Riboflavin and Feverfew are for migraine prevention.
Chlorella and Chromium Picolinate are to help clean out the blood of toxins. I sometimes get a high blood sugar level (triglycerides) it helps to keep it down, along with Fish Oil, Flaxseed oil and EPO help with it too.
Vitamin E and EPO were actually taken before. I have Fibrocystic Breast Disease (not really a disease mind you) and my doctor (Indian guy touches my lumpy boobs!) told me to take it because it may help reduce it. They only get swollen when I have my period, and they are basically benign tumors, so nothing really to worry about... Although I sort of wonder if PM was the cause of it... But the cause is really unknown....
Also I don't take the Pueraria drink every night. It has a small amount of pueraria in it, but I mostly drink it for the collagen, hydrolic acid and placenta that it has. It also taste good.
Another product I mentioned is Porosveda. It's actually a diet pill I bought a while back that is made with spices and herbs. So it includes things like Cayenne, ginger, anise, rose hip, rose marry, and a bunch of other random things. Seriously this list goes on forever. Anyways it's supposed to be one of those diet pills that makes your body hot to burn fat or something, so I thought I could use it for the temperature deal with BO. Also I've gained some weight from all the protein shakes... strangely fat goes to my bum, but now it seems to be going to my stomach... I wonder if this is a change with the BO?
Also I mentioned before in the forum that I was using the pink electric message thing, but decided to stop. I really didn't like how it felt. And I got a blister on my boob from it.
I also wanted to mention that I get in at least one protein shake a day. It's a meal replacement type that I normally drink for breakfast because of my lack of time to prepare a real meal. So it basically has all the essential vitamins and minerals and it also has some L-tyrosine in it.
I sometimes drink it as a late night snack if I think it's too late to eat bad foods like instant ramen and breads etc.
