...are making me feel very sick. Wondering what I am doing wrong - time to drink liters of water and cross my fingers that this helps, otherwise I am giving them up.

When you said you feel very sick but you did not describe exactly what it was (physical or mental?).
Based on your initiate post, you said you had depression at teen age. These Herbal will prone you to more depression. No doubt. When I took FG, Maca, PM it makes me feel sleepy, drained, bloating and sad at sudden. I battle it by spending more time under the sun (Vit D helps), exercises and spend more time with friends. Also, drinking a lot of water when you consume herbal, all chinese herbalists/my DC told me that too.
