I thought going braless made them sag when you get older. Am I wrong???

i dont know if its proven to stop sagging only that if you wear the wrong style or size was know to be damaging and i supose for very overweight people bras help because then breast is mostly fat so wont support it self for young healthy breast it can increase sagging
but yh theres a new study which has proven increased firmness and higher nipples going braless
