I received my Pueraria Mirifica today and mixed 500mg powder into a glass of water with some MSM and stevia (natural sweetener) and am now drinking it! Finally, yay!

I'm on Day 9 of cycle but don't want to start with too high a dose since I've never taken PM before.
This cycle:
Day 9 & 11 = PM 500mg, saw palmetto 450mg, maca 750mg
Day 12 to 13 = PM 700mg, saw palmetto 450mg, maca 750mg
then no more PM til period starts
