I've grown two cup sizes using that alone (in about 6 months), so I know it works. Maybe try it out longer, there's really nothing to lose.
I tried the chi massage for a couple of months and didn't notice any growth at all...I wouldn't waste my time with it. I haven't really heard of many people who have grown with that one.
