Cleanses are so beneficial, I'd say do one just for the sake of it but you probably don't need to.

As for the cream and gum, you should keep it in the fridge or freezer (....?? Not sure what keeping cream in the freezer would do to it once you unthaw it. Maybe look into it if you think you want to do that.... but the fridge should be okay).

OR, better yet, maybe email the company you got it from and ask them how best to store it for the year. I have all my ainterol caps in the fridge, along with some other supplements but the cool temp may do something to the cream. But if it does mess with the cream, it could be a simple fix like stirring/shaking it up.
