Hi everyone,
I was about to start my NBE prog. I ordered 20 packs of zoft gum n aintrol cream , but then I got tempted with BO again so now I'm going to try BO first n will order that soon. My first question is do I need to cleanse before I start BO I've never used any kind of NBE n if yes what do I do cleanse with n how? Secondly, if I keep my aintrol cream( as u can't use that along with BO) n zoft gum to use after getting done with BO will it b ok for a 9 mo or a year, or will it go bad? Plz tell me if anyone have any knowledge abt this. Thanks
