sorry one more question, does anybody know where to buy ultrabreast that will ship to UK? I can't seem to find online. thats the other option im considering. also I notice that wild yam is an ingredient in UB, so i guess the wild yam i have kicking about could be used along side swansons... yeh?? but no other herbs.... is that right?
