i found an interesting article about the average calcium content in normal tap water where i live, considering i drink 3 litres of tea a day, i have an additional 150mg of calcium i didn't know about
i looked up whether boiling water would destroy the calcium, seems not, woohoo
(i know 50mg per litre is nothing compared to the 500mg of other mineral waters, but it's a little extra...and i normally drink as much of that milk serum soda as i can with 500mg the litre, but i'd rather have my tea)
