Mine came fast at first, and has since slowed. However, it didn't slow until I started making changes to my program due to money constrictions, so it's possible that I would have continued my usual growth if I hadn't made the changes.

Also, many people claim to get slower growth during the winter months due to limited sunlight, so you need to take that into consideration, too.

If limited sunlight is a problem (Don't we get Vit D from the sun?) wouldn't it be beneficial to add vitamin D tablets?
