@coco...thanks for the link. i was curious about the jelly because i take my collagen in liquid form, (tastes pretty good) i used to think if it's not a pill i'll gag, but it seems the asian products are made pleasant 
@iamsorpor...you've definitly plumped out, so your growth was probably between the breasts which wouldn't show on the tape measure. a lot of the japanese girls drink a mineral water with high calcium, chiyo drank contrex. enzymes is another thing chiyo took with PM for better absorption, so i've started taking that too
