I just added alfalfa seed and African mango extract to my routine. I hope they do something!
Here's the routine I plan to do:
Breakfast: PM or aguaje, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, MSM, African mango, papaya, goat's rue tea, alfalfa, ainterol cream
Lunch: Aguaje?, vitamin C, MSM, African mango, calcium, papaya, goat's rue tea, alfalfa
Dinner: PM or aguaje, vitamin C, MSM, calcium, papaya, goat's rue tea, ainterol cream
I have my EPO and flax but I want to see if I can get away with not taking them because this is so many pills already! I also have my noogleberry, protein shakes, fennel tea and GABA, which I also never use. I guess I'll add them back if the above doesn't work.
