You might also checkout certain tattoo artists that specialize in nipple/aerola reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. These artists are not the same ones you'll see in tattoo shops but actually work with doctors and surgeons. The cost (at least here in CO) is around $300. I understand that the good artists can do a remarkable job and that the look can be very natural and realistic (even a 3D appearance).
