apparently from what i noticed, the non-sore growth is only adipose tissue growing, and the soreness is the actual mammary gland growing because i do notice my breast fat growing in follicular phase and it got alot meatier and soft which can only explain the adipose tissue is expanding and growing, and the soreness is coming from the mammary gland during luteal phase so im guessing its the mammary gland's turn to grow cuz u produce progesterone and also taking in herbs with progesterone in luteal phase and that triggers growth in the mammary gland.

Again this is what i think is happening to my body, u guys might have a different approach :x

Yep. Its happening to me. I am happy to hit the next phase of growth I am taking vitex in luteal. I think it works gently.
