I have been trying different herbs and stuff for nearly three years and all they've done is make me fat. Even though I've gained inches, I'm the same proportions as before so I look basically the same except fatter. I think my best hope is hypnosis because I know for sure my eating disorder blocked my boobs from growing. My boobs were so much bigger when I was 14 than they are now. I even did a DNA test and it said my boobs should be slightly larger than average. So I think hypnosis should work for me and all I need to do is find a program that can get me into a trance. I can't wait till my boobs grow back! I think I'll keep taking herbs though, to maximize my chances of growing. My current routine is:
Days 1-15: Siriporn PM
Days 16-end: Aguaje, Maca
Stuff I'm less consistent with but gonna start taking everything: EPO, flax seed oil, papaya, goat's rue tea, fennel tea, msm, hyaluronic acid, vitamin c, gaba, calcium. I'll also do noogleberry and take a protein shake. I have Ainterol PM cream on the way.
I'm getting no lipo lipo so hopefully that will help me lose inches from my waist! My DNA test also said that a high fat diet can help me get a smaller waist so I'm gonna add more olive and coconut oil to my diet. I want to lose 5 inches from my waist and gain 4-6 inches in my boobs and gain 2-4 inches in my hips/butt! Current measurements: 34.5-27/28-36.
