Started my PC half of the cycle yesterday. I'm assuming it's about time to do that. If not, I may have started late, and may end up lengthening my cycle again. Opps! Lol
My breasts are firmer today, although my swelling has been on and off. Didn't get the chance to use PM powder on my breasts really this month, so I guess I'll try again next month. :/ Thinking about taking L-Arginine again, and maybe gelatin. I've still got a few leftover arginine capsules, so I'll try one or two at a time with my PM and see if that helps me any.
HCl has definitely been helping my body absorb the PM again, and the apple cider vinegar is helping flatten my stomach, even when I'm more bloated. I'm lifting a LOT of weight at the gym when I go now, and now that I can absorb protein, the results are showing pretty quickly. I'm back to a 40" butt again, and my arms are toning up a good bit. I think my legs might be getting slightly toned, too. I *hope* by the new year I'll have some good photos to post on my body progress.
(I definitely won't have breast progress by then, but hopefully soon.)
