I know what you mean... Do you also wear a size smaller in tanks and other shoulderless numbers than in tees and blouses and other such full shoulder articles?
And the tops you have to wear if wearing full shoulders look baggy everywhere else but your shoulders...

You know, I never thought about it. But I can recall a couple of times when jackets and certain button ups didn't quite fit right or they were tight at the shoulders, upper back.
But lucky for me, if I can get my waist thin again, I can look hourglass only if my breasts measure a little over or match my bottom.
It sucks because I would literally have to be a D or DD/E to actually be proportionate.
Women with smaller shoulders actually can get away with a decent size, like a full B or small C and look top heavy, or big breasted.
Its so not fair because there is so much pressure to get that measurement just to be evenly proportionate. I said I would be happy with a full C but sadly, it will not work as I will still look bottom heavy or pear shaped.
