Hi, I have been a thread lurker for about 2 months I believe? & I finally took the courage on trying NBE because this place gives me so much inspiration and motivation.

Background info
I am an asian 20 y/o girl. All of my friends are naturally big breasted, & they all so happen to be asian too. I'm like the odd ball out because i lack something very obvious, so i get really self conscious when i am with them.

I'm starting to think i have under developed breast because of malnutrition, but i'm not sure. In my childhood, all i ate was rice with either chicken or fish because i was raised by a single mother supporting 5 kids and her wage wasn't much.

My older sister who was raised by my cousin in CA, has like a big B, or small C. Now, my family is middle class & my little sister who is currently in the eighth grade is already starting to grow some! Like i'm pretty sure we are the same size now.

I didn't actually start growing some until I was in my late 19's
The main reason why I am doing NBE because I finally want to feel confident about my body and such.
I haven't made a program yet because I don't think I will buy stuff until late January.

I'm not sure what my goal size is but I just want it too look porportional to my body because i ave broad shoulders.


So i am just going to use what i already have on hand:

2 pill of Fish Oil, one in the morning and one at night(i m thinking of switching to cod oil thought, what do you think?)
& some BSC F-Cup Easy Cream that I apply while massaging in the morning and before going to bed.

Thanks for posting. Cream sounds like it works! Would love to try it. I can totally relate. I bet when you start growing, your friends will be jealous. Trust me, even though they have them, they are so used to all the attention, your gonna love it. Wish you luck!
