I think the sour cream is for real. There are natural hormones in it and the fat is highly absorbable I would think.

I will highly consider this cream Idea if all else fails! I wonder if Greek yogurt would work?

The sour cream idea sounds amazing (aside from the fact that it sounds disgusting and messy). However, since there would be xenoestrogens in it, wouldn't it be a bad idea for those of us on PM to use it, as those would clog up our estrogen receptors? Right now I'm looking to take hormones to help my breasts finish puberty rather than more growth necessarily, so I wouldn't want to try this method if it were to interfere with that process. :/
