As I am from Russia, I thought it would be useful for you all to know, how do russian girls grow their breasts. I should say that I have never used this recipes myself (most of them), but I read them on our NBE forums. So, I chose the most effective ones and I'm going to write here form time to time, not all at once, because there's too much information and my English is not good.
So, the first one is the potion, which was used in central Russia many years ago and still stays popular. Ingredients: 3 tbsp of human milk (we use infant milk formula instead); 1 tbsp of honey; 1 tbsp of seed oil and a cup of peppermint tea. I tried to take this potion myself for about 1,5 months and gained about half an inch. It was about a year ago. But it was rather difficult for me, because I can't stand that taste of milk, so, I stopped it...

Another one: Mix equal amounts of maize, millet, rye, barley. Boil it in water (1:10). Drink this decoction one cup 30 min before meal three times a day.

One more recipe: apply sour cream with high percentage of fat (no less then 20 %) on your breast and let your skin absorb it, leave it for an hour or so. Do this mask everyday.
