Mellephant (Is this anything to do with Elephants?),

I was browsing through one of the local shops and came across a tea from Morlife called "Flow". The ingredients include "Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed".

I think I might try it in a couple of weeks but hey, do you think this might be a better option than just your fennel tea?
