Hi everyone,
Just thought to do a quick write up on my 1st week of experience after I started BB. After the light tingles on my 2nd day of BB as I wrote earlier on until today I didn't get anything at all. My body skin is getting awesome by the way. Very soft, smooth and tender. I remember having this skin when I was very young. The bad news is I pack up close to 5 lbs in this week not sure why but I can only logic it out. I took too much of protein all of a sudden and I didn't work it out while the BB pills has not officially start to work with the protein intake I consume. So I need to start to work out soon and maybe reduce my protein. My face pimples is cause by the over-dry flaky skin of the epidermis while underneath my skin is producing oil I hope it will subside soon as my skin are no longer as flaky as before. The pimples are not extreme but it is here and there and it is annoying. My body however is getting really tired this few days I am not sure whether it is cause by the lack of sleep or the BB is working.
I am not going do any measuring every week I update what happen to me in this forum, I will be doing it once a month. I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. What I study in NBE is, it is bad to put too much pressure to force our breast to grow. We need to take ease with our body only then it will listen to our desire to grow.
I just notice I started this thread on the wrong location. I should have started it underneath the topic of My Personal program. I wish I could move this thread there. Anyone who read this has any idea how please let me know cause I am clueless on how to do this.
