Today will be my 3rd day of taking 3 siriporn pills (havent taken my third one yet) Wow FINALLY sore boobies! I think this is the first time they have really been sore other than maybe a day or so here or there. I dont usually get any luteal swelling or soreness. They feel inflated, a little itchy, and I even got a few major shooting pains in my left side ealier today that made me jump. Before I have only gotten smaller shooting twitches and "active" busy feeling in the breast, but not sore to touch and they have been few and far between.

I must say 3 siriporn is good for me so far. I dont feel any negative symptoms yet, but I do feel maybe a little bloated which could be unrelated.

Can't wait for my Ladies Pureria to arrive and am thinking about getting the Maruman placenta

Wanted to add - I've been thinking about cleansing and now that Im finally feeling something big I dont want to take a month off This is month 3. I am wondering since I am on birth control pills and my hormones are low. If I even need to do a whole months of break, as I basically do a mini cleanse for a week each month when I am on my period. I dont take birth control, or do any PM. The only think I do is dandelion internal and external, sometimes milk thistle, and saw palmetto. Not sure If I will do the ZHI mu topical straight through or not. I dont drink alcohol so my liver is in decent shape.
